Every project starts with the slow work of understanding — how mornings unfold in this house, where the family gathers, which corner gets the afternoon light. Design that doesn't begin here is just decoration.

A room has to hold up to the way it's actually used — children, dogs, dinner parties, quiet Sundays. We choose materials and palettes that earn their place over years, not the perfect angle.

What brands do you use for custom window treatments and bedding?
Custom soft goods are designed by Clark Gregory on a percustomer basis and handfabricated locally by traditional seamstresses.
Do you offer motorized blinds and shades?
Yes, I offer a wide range of motorized blinds and shades in many different styles, sizes, materials, and colors, and I can work with a variety of budgets.
How does your design process work from start to finish?
Depending on a customer’s needs, I will meet at a model home, customer home, or furniture store and make furniture selections. Once the theme and finishes are determined, paint colors and any upgrades are suggested (such as shiplap, wall builds, ceiling treatments, crown molding, etc.). Next, light fixtures and fans are selected. Depending on selections, closing dates, and item availability, there is typically a 2–6week lead time for furniture and fixtures. During that time, window treatments, bedding, and accessories are selected. Painting, woodworking, electrical work, and any other installations are then scheduled.
Do you handle everything — ordering, project management, and installation?
Yes, everything is managed, scheduled, and installed by Clark Gregory.
How long do custom window treatments or furnishings take to arrive?
Depending on fabric availability, typically 2–4 weeks.
Do you work with different budget levels?
I can work with most budgets and specialize in highend custom designs at modest price points.
Can I hire you just for window treatments or a smaller project?
Yes, I am available for all project sizes—whether it’s one window treatment, a small project, or a full home design.
